Unless otherwise defined, we only process your personal data for accounts and records, advertising, marketing, PR, staff administration (where applicable) purposes;
We are registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Register, our registration number is: ZA335600.
We use the consent lawful basis under the GDPR for the processing of your information when you explicitly consent:

- To register an account on our website in order to access our range of services including Telemedicine services and Teleradiology reporting services, in-house training, education courses, 3D printing, professional advices.
- To enable you to submit your CV and apply for jobs.
Your information is used to be able to identify you as user of the VET.CT services, and to send you marketing messages within the scope outlined to you at the point of subscription.

We use your personal data to operate our website and provide you with any services you’ve requested, and to manage our relationship with you.

When it comes to marketing communications, you can ask us not to send you these at any time – just follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication.

Email marketing messages & subscription
Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the "Processing of your personal date" above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.
